Position: Learning and Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement innovative learning strategies and programs.
Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps.
Create engaging educational materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and instructional guides.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to diverse audiences.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions and make continuous improvements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational objectives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Essential:
Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to tailor training materials to different learning styles.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Relevant qualifications in Education, Training, or a related field.
