East Flanders Steelworks, based in Belgium's East Flanders region, is looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Learning Systems Architect. As our team continues to grow, we need someone who can design, develop, and implement innovative educational systems tailored to our company's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze learning needs and system requirements.
Design and develop custom learning solutions to enhance employee training and development.
Implement learning management systems (LMS) and ensure seamless integration with existing platforms.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning systems through data analysis and reporting.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in educational technology.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and implementing learning systems or educational technologies.
Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
