Position: Multicultural Engagement Specialist

As a Multicultural Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting inclusivity and cultural understanding within our organization and the wider community. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing diversity training programs and workshops
Collaborating with various departments to integrate multicultural perspectives into educational materials
Designing and delivering interactive educational activities and experiences
Creating partnerships with local educational institutions and community organizations
Supporting the hiring and onboarding processes of diverse talent
Organizing and participating in cultural events and initiatives

Qualifications:

Strong background in multicultural education, intercultural communication, or a related field
Experience designing and implementing educational programs
Knowledge of Galician, Spanish, and other languages spoken in the region
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Passion for sustainability and transportation solutions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Strong organizational and project management skills
