Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to identify learning needs and develop tailored solutions.
Create interactive and impactful training materials utilizing a variety of educational technologies.
Facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions both in-person and online.
Continuously assess and enhance learning programs to ensure effectiveness and relevance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience in instructional design or educational program development.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
