In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance our language curriculum, ensuring that our training materials are engaging, effective, and aligned with the latest educational trends. As a key member of our education team, you will collaborate with language instructors, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create high-quality learning experiences for our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and update language curriculum materials for various proficiency levels
Conduct research on best practices in language education and integrate findings into our programs
Collaborate with instructors to assess learning outcomes and make data-driven improvements
Provide training and support to instructors on implementing curriculum enhancements
Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure the competitiveness of our programs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's degree preferred
Proven experience in curriculum development or instructional design
Strong understanding of language learning theories and methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
