About the Position:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering innovative educational programs and training initiatives to enhance the skills, knowledge, and professional growth of our students.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective learning strategies and programs tailored to diverse student needs
Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, simulations, and case studies
Collaborate with subject matter experts and faculty members to ensure the alignment of curriculum with industry trends and requirements
Assess training needs and design appropriate development programs for students
Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to foster an interactive learning environment
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make necessary improvements
Maintain documentation and records of training activities and student progress
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the field of education and training

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
Prior experience in designing and delivering educational programs or training initiatives
Excellent knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and assessment methods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and diverse environment
Proficiency in educational software and learning management systems
Fluency in both written and spoken English
