Hello and welcome! United Way of the Capital Area invites passionate individuals to join our inclusive and diverse team as a Culturally Diverse Learning Advocate.

As a Culturally Diverse Learning Advocate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our community to create impactful educational initiatives that celebrate diversity and foster inclusion. Your role will involve:

Designing and implementing culturally sensitive learning programs
Collaborating with educators and community leaders to promote multicultural understanding
Developing resources to support diverse learning needs
Evaluating and enhancing existing educational strategies to ensure inclusivity
