We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Learning Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge educational programs and training initiatives to support the growth and development of our workforce.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze training needs and develop learning objectives
Create engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, and multimedia content
Utilize instructional design methodologies to structure and deliver effective training programs
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives
Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve learning solutions
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., instructional design, curriculum development, educational technology)
Proven experience in developing and implementing educational programs
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies
Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
