Intercultural Learning Facilitator

About the Role:

As an Intercultural Learning Facilitator, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the education and personal growth of students from diverse backgrounds. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and delivering intercultural programs that promote understanding, empathy, and respect among students
Facilitating workshops, seminars, and interactive activities to enhance cross-cultural communication and awareness
Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to integrate intercultural learning into the curriculum
Supporting students in their personal development through mentorship and guidance

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Anthropology, Sociology, International Relations, or a related discipline
Experience in intercultural education or training
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds
An understanding of the challenges faced by multicultural students and a commitment to their success
Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for promoting inclusivity
