Job Description

Design and develop engaging and interactive learning experiences in our digital education platforms.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather educational content and transform it into user-friendly e-learning materials.
Create instructional design strategies to ensure effective knowledge transfer and engage users throughout the learning process.
Utilize the latest educational technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience and promote learner success.
Conduct needs assessments and learning evaluations to identify gaps and make continuous improvements to our educational programs.
Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in our learning solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Psychology).
Proven experience in designing and developing effective learning experiences in an online environment.
Familiarity with instructional design theories, adult learning principles, and e-learning standards.
Proficiency in using authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia software.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passionate about education and motivated to create impactful learning solutions.
