Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging online courses and training materials.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to define course objectives and content.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality and standards-compliant training programs.
Conduct assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training materials.
Stay up-to-date with emerging online learning technologies and trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Instructional Design, e-Learning).
Proven experience in developing and delivering remote education/training programs.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Proficiency in e-Learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Passionate about leveraging technology to enhance remote education.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
