Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Multicultural Training Specialist to join our team. As a Multicultural Training Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting cultural awareness, fostering inclusivity, and enhancing the educational development of our employees.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement multicultural training programs and initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization
Identify training needs and develop learning materials in collaboration with subject matter experts
Deliver engaging training sessions utilizing various teaching methodologies
Monitor the impact of training and development programs through assessments and evaluations
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in multicultural education and training
Collaborate with different departments to ensure the integration of multicultural strategies
Provide guidance and support to employees in their educational and professional growth
Contribute to the development of inclusive policies and practices within the organization

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Psychology)
Proven experience in designing and delivering multicultural training programs
Excellent knowledge of diversity and inclusion principles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexible mindset, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to develop training materials using various media formats
Passion for promoting cultural awareness and inclusivity
Familiarity with the Education/Training industry in Kenya
