Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative education programs related to water management. Your main focus will be on fostering environmental awareness, sustainable practices, and enhancing the technical skills of individuals in the water industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging training curricula that address the needs of water industry professionals.
Design and create educational materials, including online resources, e-learning modules, and hands-on activities.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments and feedback.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the educational content.
Support the organization of workshops, seminars, and conferences to further promote knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery.
