Role Overview

As a Learning Solutions Specialist at BakerHostetler, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our professional development programs. In this position, you will have the opportunity to engage with legal professionals across various practice areas and contribute to their ongoing growth and success.

Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging and interactive learning experiences tailored to the needs of our legal professionals.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and address knowledge gaps.
Create and deliver training materials, presentations, and workshops.
Implement innovative technologies and platforms to enhance the learning experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging, interactive, and effective learning materials.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in utilizing learning technologies and authoring tools.
Master's degree in a related field preferred.
