We have an exciting opportunity at Agder Foundation for Environmental Conservation, located in Agder and Rogaland, Norway. We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Learning Experience Facilitator. In this role, you will help shape the future of environmental education and conservation.

Your Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging educational programs focused on environmental conservation.
Create interactive and dynamic learning experiences for diverse audiences.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching materials.
Facilitate workshops, seminars, and events related to environmental education.
Evaluate program effectiveness and make improvements as needed.

Requirements:

A passion for environmental conservation and sustainability.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience working in educational settings or conducting training sessions.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
