Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative, outcome-driven education and training programs that foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Collaborate with faculty, staff, and subject matter experts to design and deliver interactive learning content.
Utilize cutting-edge technologies and instructional design principles to create e-learning materials, blended learning experiences, and engaging workshops.
Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs through various feedback mechanisms.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical education and instructional design to bring fresh ideas and approaches to our programs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Instructional Design, Human Resources, Psychology).
Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or related areas.
Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning theories, and innovative educational strategies.
Proficiency in using various instructional design software and e-learning authoring tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and strong project management abilities.
