Job Summary:

As a Learning Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering educational programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to design and implement effective training initiatives. Your primary focus will be on creating innovative learning solutions that support the professional growth of our diverse workforce.

Responsibilities:

Assess training needs within the organization and develop comprehensive learning strategies
Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including online modules, videos, and presentations
Coordinate and deliver instructor-led training sessions
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the field of learning and development
Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS) to ensure optimal functionality

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
Proficiency in using learning technologies, such as e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
