Job Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive learning experiences for healthcare professionals using a variety of instructional methodologies.
Create and maintain multimedia educational materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and simulations.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of educational content.
Conduct training needs assessments and learning gap analyses to inform the development of new educational programs.
Evaluate and update existing training materials to improve learning outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, instructional design best practices, and technological advancements to enhance learning experiences.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Proficiency in multimedia authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality educational content.
