Job Description:

As a Learning & Development Specialist at Gerolsteiner Brunnen, you will play a key role in fostering the professional growth and development of our employees. With a focus on education, training, and maximizing the potential of our workforce, you will create and implement programs that empower individuals to excel in their respective roles.

In this role, you will:

Design and develop comprehensive learning programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Identify training needs and conduct thorough assessments to determine skill gaps and learning requirements.
Create engaging and interactive training modules, combining various methodologies such as workshops, e-learning platforms, and on-the-job coaching.
Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure training initiatives are effectively communicated, implemented, and evaluated.
Coordinate and facilitate internal workshops and training sessions with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Monitor training effectiveness and measure the impact of programs on employee performance, providing recommendations for further development.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to bring innovative ideas and strategies to the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
