Position: Knowledge Enrichment Specialist

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Knowledge Enrichment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering educational programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to clean energy.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive training curricula tailored to different target groups.
Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning programs.
Deliver training programs to employees and stakeholders, both in-person and through digital platforms.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of clean energy technologies and practices.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
