Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging training programs to our employees in various departments
Assess training needs and design curriculum that aligns with organizational goals
Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources
Conduct workshops and group training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content
Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
Maintain training records and track employee progress

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in instructional design and delivering effective training programs
Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional methodologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in relevant software applications
