Responsibilities:

Design and deliver innovative and impactful learning and development programs that enhance employee capabilities
Partner with key stakeholders to assess learning needs and tailor development solutions
Create engaging e-learning modules and other digital materials
Lead workshops, seminars, and training sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives

Requirements:

Proven experience in designing and delivering learning and development programs
Strong understanding of current industry trends and best practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in instructional design principles and e-learning tools
Knowledge of talent management and performance development frameworks
Relevant certifications in learning and development are desirable
