About the Role

As a Creative Learning Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing educational initiatives that enhance the skills and knowledge of professionals in the creative industry. Your focus will be on developing innovative learning programs tailored to the specific needs of cultural entrepreneurs and artists.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a comprehensive creative learning curriculum for cultural entrepreneurs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments to enhance outcomes.
Collaborate with industry experts, cultural organizations, and educational institutions to create valuable partnerships and resources.
Identify training needs and gaps within the creative industry and develop strategies to address them.
Organize workshops, seminars, and networking events to foster knowledge exchange and collaboration.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in educational technology to continuously improve the program.

Requirements

Strong background in the creative industry (e.g., arts, design, media) with a solid understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the sector.
Proven experience in program management, curriculum development, or adult education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative educational strategies.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Proficiency in both Catalan and Spanish.
