At Aosta Valley Artisanal Ceramic Pottery Studio, we are dedicated to promoting the beauty of ceramic artistry through our workshops and masterclasses. Our studio is nestled in the scenic Aosta Valley, known for its picturesque landscapes and artistic heritage. We provide a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere for both beginners and experienced artists.



What You'll Do

  • Lead engaging ceramics workshops and classes for participants of all ages and skill levels.
  • Deliver comprehensive instruction on various ceramic techniques, including clay sculpting, wheel throwing, glazing, and firing.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering creativity, self-expression, and personal growth.
  • Offer guidance and individualized feedback to students to help them develop their artistic skills.
  • Collaborate with our team of talented artists to develop new workshop ideas and projects.
  • Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and equipped with necessary tools and materials.
  • Contribute to our studio's outreach initiatives, including exhibitions and community events.


Requirements

  • Passion for ceramics and a strong understanding of various ceramic techniques.
  • Experience in teaching or facilitating workshops in a creative or educational environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse participants.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students of all skill levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Fluency in English; fluency in Italian is a plus.
