Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of different departments within the bank, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and impactful learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and resources.
Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars, leveraging a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback mechanisms, assessments, and ongoing analysis, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
Proven experience in curriculum development, adult learning principles, and instructional design methodologies.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels of the organization.
