Position: Learning Solutions Architect

Role and Responsibilities:

Create and implement cutting-edge, customized learning solutions tailored to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Identify opportunities for innovation in instructional design and development methodologies.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure effective knowledge transfer and instructional soundness.
Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, instructional videos, and multimedia content.
Evaluate and select appropriate learning technologies and platforms.
Conduct needs assessments and performance analyses to identify gaps and recommend effective training solutions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of educational advancement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
Significant experience in instructional design and development, including the use of multimedia tools and e-learning platforms.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experiential learning methodologies.
Proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality, innovative learning solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in instructional design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360).
Knowledge of learning management systems and educational technologies.
