Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual with a passion for education and training. As an Educational Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and managing a wide range of educational programs within our city, ensuring their effective implementation and success.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement innovative educational programs to meet the needs of diverse audiences
Coordinate and collaborate with schools, colleges, and community organizations to develop partnerships and enhance educational opportunities
Manage program budgets, resources, and logistics to ensure efficient operations
Create curriculum materials and develop educational resources for different age groups
Offer guidance and support to program participants, addressing their educational needs and goals
Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions for educators and program participants
Stay up-to-date with educational trends and advancements, incorporating them into program development

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in program coordination and implementation
Strong knowledge of educational practices and principles
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using educational software and tools
Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English
