We are currently seeking a Professional Veterinary Education Specialist to join our team at Tierärztekammer Niedersachsen, located in Lower Saxony, Germany.

Job Summary:

As a Professional Veterinary Education Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering high-quality educational programs for veterinarians and veterinary technicians. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance the professional skills and knowledge of our veterinary community.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop innovative educational programs to meet the evolving needs of the veterinary profession.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date content is delivered.
Coordinate the logistics of training events, including scheduling, venue reservations, and attendee registration.
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions effectively using a variety of instructional methods.
Evaluate training outcomes and make necessary revisions to improve program effectiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine or related field.
Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
Strong knowledge of veterinary medicine principles and practices.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using educational technologies and software.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
