Position: Multicultural Learning Specialist

About the Role:

Develop and implement multicultural learning programs to enhance diversity awareness and foster a more inclusive workplace
Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules on cultural competency, unconscious bias, and equal opportunity
Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to address diversity-related challenges and provide strategic solutions
Guide and support employees in navigating cultural differences, fostering empathy, and promoting cultural sensitivity
Develop metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of diversity training initiatives

Requirements:

Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs on multiculturalism, diversity, and inclusivity
Deep understanding of multicultural issues, intercultural communication, and global diversity trends
Strong knowledge of learning technologies and instructional design principles
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work with diverse teams and positively influence cultural change
Flexibility to travel and work with different cultures
