Learning & Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

Design and implement innovative learning programs tailored to the needs of our healthcare professionals
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training requirements
Create engaging training materials, multimedia content, and e-learning modules
Deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance employees' professional skills
Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback and performance metrics
Manage the learning management system and ensure its efficient operation

Qualifications:

Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or similar roles
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in creating visually appealing and interactive learning materials
Experience in using learning management systems and e-learning tools
Ability to analyze training needs and deliver tailored solutions
Strong organizational and project management skills
Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
