Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs
Design and develop training materials, including presentations, job aids, and interactive e-learning modules
Facilitate engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually
Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate program effectiveness
Provide individual coaching and support in areas of professional development
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in instructional design and facilitation of training programs
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
