Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive art education programs for diverse groups, including schools, community organizations, and the general public.
Create curriculum and educational materials for various age groups to foster creativity and critical thinking.
Collaborate with local artists, educators, and cultural institutions to develop engaging workshops and events.
Organize and lead guided tours, interactive sessions, and art appreciation classes.
Coordinate outreach programs to underserved communities, promoting art as a means of empowerment.
Facilitate partnerships with local schools to integrate art education into the curriculum.
Explore innovative approaches to incorporate technology and online platforms for virtual learning experiences.
Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines during all educational activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
Previous experience in developing and delivering art education programs.
Strong passion for promoting art as a means of social development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively with artists, educators, and community members.
Knowledge of current trends in art education and cultural development.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
Commitment to promoting a sustainable environment through art-related initiatives.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and travel as necessary.
