- Organize and lead guided tours, interactive sessions, and art appreciation classes.
- Coordinate outreach programs to underserved communities, promoting art as a means of empowerment.
- Facilitate partnerships with local schools to integrate art education into the curriculum.
- Explore innovative approaches to incorporate technology and online platforms for virtual learning experiences.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines during all educational activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience in developing and delivering art education programs.
- Strong passion for promoting art as a means of social development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively with artists, educators, and community members.
