We are seeking a Health Education Specialist to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop health education programs to enhance public awareness of various health issues.
Create educational materials, including brochures, presentations, and online resources, for dissemination to the community.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to conduct workshops and training sessions for patients, families, and caregivers.
Assess community needs and develop tailored health education initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to other healthcare staff regarding health education strategies and best practices.
Evaluate the effectiveness of education programs through data analysis and feedback collection.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Health, Health Promotion, Health Sciences, Nursing).
Strong background in health education and previous experience in designing and implementing educational programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences.
Proficiency in analyzing health data and identifying trends to inform program development.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
