Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives
Design and deliver engaging learning programs tailored to various job roles and levels
Develop e-learning courses and resources to promote self-paced learning
Facilitate workshops, webinars, and training sessions to enhance employee skills
Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and data analysis
Keep updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices in learning and development

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in instructional design and training delivery
Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient with e-learning development tools and learning management systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
