About the Role

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs within our organization. Working closely with various departments, you will identify training needs and develop strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Responsibilities

Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and training requirements
Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials and programs
Coordinate and deliver in-person and online training sessions
Create and maintain a learning management system to track employee progress
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with subject matter experts, managers, and HR to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, etc.)
Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in both written and spoken French and English
