Position: Learning & Development Specialist

In light of our continuous growth, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. As a Learning & Development Specialist at Leolux, you will play a vital role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within our organization.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement effective learning and development programs aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Evaluate current training needs and identify skill gaps in various departments.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop training materials, resources, and learning aids.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employees' knowledge and skills.
Manage and maintain training records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Monitor the effectiveness and success of training initiatives, making necessary adjustments as needed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in learning and development practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience as a Learning & Development Specialist or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Outstanding presentation and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
