Your Role:

As a Learning Experience Specialist, you will be at the forefront of creating and implementing engaging educational programs and initiatives that foster an immersive and enlightening experience for our visitors. You will work closely with our museum educators to develop interactive learning materials, organize workshops, and tailor educational content to a diverse audience.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver innovative educational programs and workshops
Collaborate with museum curators to integrate historical content into educational activities
Conduct assessments to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives
Utilize digital platforms to enhance the museum's educational resources
Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in educational experiences

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. history, museum studies, or similar)
Demonstrated experience in developing and facilitating educational programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Fluency in both verbal and written English and German
