As an Innovation Facilitator at Tamedia, you will play a crucial role in inspiring innovative thinking, fostering creativity, and facilitating transformative learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative educational programs.
Design and deliver engaging workshops, training sessions, and learning experiences.
Identify emerging trends in education and incorporate them into Tamedia's initiatives.
Empower educators and students to embrace a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Measure and evaluate the impact of educational programs, implementing improvements as needed.

Requirements:

Passion for exploring new approaches to education and training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to think creatively and drive innovative solutions.
Experience in project management and facilitating learning activities is an advantage.
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
