Northeastern Manufacturing is seeking a passionate individual to fill the role of Innovation Facilitator within our dynamic team in Iceland's Northeastern Region.

As an Innovation Facilitator at Northeastern Manufacturing, you will play a pivotal role in fostering creativity and problem-solving skills among our workforce. Your primary responsibilities will include organizing workshops, developing training programs, and implementing initiatives that encourage a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging workshops to enhance innovation capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning opportunities.
Implement strategies to promote a sustainable and environmentally conscious approach to manufacturing.
Assess training needs and develop learning materials to support continuous growth.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination within the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for driving positive change and promoting environmental responsibility.
Ability to think creatively and inspire others to embrace innovation.
