Position Available: Intercultural Enrichment Facilitator

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our dynamic team at Toulon Provence Mediterranean Regional Winery Association as an Intercultural Enrichment Facilitator. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering an inclusive and diverse learning environment that celebrates different perspectives, traditions, and backgrounds. Your primary focus will be on enhancing cross-cultural understanding and promoting mutual respect among our staff and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement intercultural programs and initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion.
Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions on multicultural awareness and sensitivity.
Collaborate with internal teams to create a welcoming and respectful work environment for all employees.
Conduct research on multicultural best practices and assist in adapting them to our organization's needs.
Provide guidance and support to individuals seeking to expand their intercultural competencies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of intercultural communication and diversity frameworks.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Previous experience in multicultural education or related areas is a plus.
