We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team at Kenya Institute of Mass Communication (KIMC) in Eastern, Kenya. As a Learning Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of education and empowering students to achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences for students
- Facilitate classroom discussions and encourage active participation
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor and support students in their academic journey
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant knowledge into the curriculum
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in teaching or training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and a strong desire to make a difference
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and styles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
