Job Opportunity: Youth Programs Coordinator

Do you have an innate talent for fostering creativity and learning in young minds? We are currently seeking a Youth Programs Coordinator who is passionate about providing enriching and insightful experiences for children and teens through the performing arts. As a vital member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and assessment of various educational programs, working closely with local schools and community organizations to ensure the growth and engagement of our youth participants.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement age-appropriate workshops and classes
Coordinate and evaluate artist in residence programs
Establish and maintain partnerships with local schools and community groups
Contribute to the development of curriculum content and educational materials
Provide mentorship and support to program participants

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Arts Education, Child Psychology, or related field
Prior experience in coordinating youth programs and working with community organizations
Demonstrated creativity and innovation in educational program design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for arts education and youth development
