In this position, you will be responsible for developing and leading engaging educational programs that leverage the unique learning opportunities provided by our farm setting.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement hands-on learning experiences for students of all ages
Create educational materials that connect farming practices with various academic subjects
Collaborate with teachers and educators to integrate farm-based learning into school curricula
Lead farm tours and workshops for visitors and school groups
Assess the effectiveness of educational programs and make improvements as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience in educational program development and delivery
Passion for sustainable agriculture and environmental education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
