As a Cultural Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting mutual respect and effective communication among diverse populations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing innovative cultural awareness programs
- Collaborating with community leaders to address cultural sensitivity issues
- Providing cultural competency training to our officers and staff
- Organizing multicultural events to celebrate diversity and unity
