Position Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic individual with a deep understanding of multicultural education and its implications within the tourism industry. As a Multicultural Education Consultant, you will collaborate with local educational institutions, tour operators, and community organizations to design and implement culturally sensitive training programs and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop culturally immersive educational materials for tourism professionals
Facilitate workshops and seminars focusing on sustainable and culturally sensitive tourism practices
Collaborate with local schools and universities to integrate multicultural education into their curricula
Advise on best practices for promoting cultural understanding and engagement within tourism experiences
Research and stay updated on current trends and developments in multicultural education and sustainable tourism

Qualifications:

Advanced degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
Demonstrated expertise in cross-cultural communication and education
Experience in curriculum development and program facilitation
Passionate about sustainability and promoting responsible tourism
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across diverse cultural backgrounds
Fluency in English and ideally proficiency in Italian and/or Sardinian languages
