We are looking for a passionate and dedicated professional to join our dynamic team as a Learning Experience Developer at Børsa og Stjørna Sparebank!

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop immersive and interactive learning experiences that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
Utilize cutting-edge technology and instructional design principles to enhance the overall learning experience for our clients and employees.
Create captivating and effective e-learning content, including modules, multimedia, and simulations.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Implement assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning experiences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated expertise in instructional design and e-learning development.
Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
