Role Overview:

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you'll spearhead our commitment to employee growth, designing and implementing programs that help our workforce acquire new skills, navigate industry changes, and expand their horizons. You'll work closely with different departments, conducting training needs assessments, crafting educational curricula, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

Identifying learning needs and collaborating with managers to develop training solutions
Designing and delivering effective training sessions utilizing cutting-edge strategies and methodologies
Measuring the impact of training programs and refining approaches based on feedback and results
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our training programs remain top-notch and relevant
Facilitating career development opportunities and mentorship programs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Demonstrated experience in instructional design and adult learning principles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A proactive, innovative mindset
