Responsibilities:

Develop and implement programs aimed at uplifting underprivileged communities through education and skill development
Collaborate with local educational institutions and community leaders to create impactful training initiatives
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of empowerment programs
Conduct research to identify areas for continuous improvement and innovation in community development
Advocate for sustainable and environmentally conscious practices within the education and training initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Sciences, Community Development, or similar)
Proven experience in developing and implementing community-oriented education or training programs
Demonstrated understanding of social responsibility and sustainable development practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
Passion for making a positive impact and driving change
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
