Discovery Limited is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Multicultural Learning Experience Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for learners from all walks of life.

Your Responsibilities:

Design and implement multicultural learning programs and initiatives
Collaborate with educators and staff to integrate multicultural perspectives into the curriculum
Organize cultural awareness events and activities
Provide training and guidance to faculty and staff on multicultural education best practices
Support students from diverse backgrounds and ensure their unique learning needs are met

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
Experience in developing educational programs is a plus
