Discovery Limited is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Multicultural Learning Experience Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for learners from all walks of life.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and implement multicultural learning programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with educators and staff to integrate multicultural perspectives into the curriculum
- Organize cultural awareness events and activities
- Provide training and guidance to faculty and staff on multicultural education best practices
- Support students from diverse backgrounds and ensure their unique learning needs are met
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
- Experience in developing educational programs is a plus
