Responsibilities:

Design and implement career development programs to enhance employee growth and advancement within the company
Conduct assessments to identify individual training needs and create personalized development plans
Collaborate with managers and HR to align career development initiatives with organizational goals
Provide guidance and support to employees in their career planning and goal setting
Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions on various career-related topics
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in career development and training

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in career development, talent management, or related areas
Strong understanding of educational and training methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with employees at all levels
Organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
